One summer, while working near Newport, Rhode Island, I was lucky enough to be chosen as an extra for Woody Allen’s 2015 film “Irrational Man.” That experience inspired me to design these character illustrations of Woody, and his two leading actors: Emma Stone and Joaquin Phoenix. The little images in the corners around them (a small LED flashlight, a cup, and a camera) each relate to their role in the film.
